The 2027 American Control Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to provide partial student support for students traveling to the 2027 ACC in Philadelphia, PA.

Support will be provided by AACC, IEEE, and ASME.

The following two conditions must be met in order to qualify for student travel support:

• The applicant must have been enrolled as a student at the time of the 2027 ACC paper submission deadline, which is September 25, 2026.
• The applicant must be the presenter (in person) of a paper that has been accepted to the conference.

Students must apply for student travel support by 11:59pm PT on February 16th, 2027. Recipients will be notified in early March 2027.

Details on the support coverage might vary and will be shared later. Applicants for student support should only register for the conference once they have received a decision on their application. Applicants who are applying for a visa can automatically generate an invitation letter from PaperPlaza once acceptance decisions are made. Additional requests can be sent to the Registration Chair, Shan Hu, at shanhu@iastate.edu.

When applying, please attach a brief letter from your advisor that verifies that (1) you were a student at the time of paper submission and (2) you will be presenting at ACC in person. Please attach this letter with the student travel support application form.

Note the application form will open after paper decisions are released.
